I use the carbon scrubbers as well. I considered ozone, but it has some health advisories when it comes to long term exposire and has a sort of strange scent of its own. You might try a product named ONA to help out a bit. I have a pretty nice scrubber/fan setup, I do it mostly for as a consideration to the neighbors.

mines a chemical smell. I got some shrub weeds growing outside that stink so I'm not to worried about neigbors

Use ona gel or blocks I sometimes put them in my ducting work great plus you can get a fan that sits directly onto of the ona gel tubs they use them in the morgue.'s to get rid of the decomp smell

I'm not sure you can find ONA gel at any of the big retailers(walmart, home depot, etc). You can get some fast through Amazon of course. I remember some member talking about an ONA gel ripoff product they were buying at a dollar store, but I don't recall the details. I wouldn't be surprised if you could find something like that in the big retailers, but not the ONA brand specifically. It is an odor neutralizer, not something that just smells pretty.
