All bag seeds .. Outdoor grow and one plant fan leaf has only 3 leaves

Are they outdoor or under a weak light or cold temps, they seem slow for 6 weeks of 12 hours and could be much better.....

Thats my first thoughts but without knowing about the enviroment its hard to guess really because loads of factors could slow them down

They are outside its been in 70s daytime and 50 maybe in the 40s at night but they took off for about 2 weeks and the last couple days i feel like they just hit a stand still but i heard is kinda normal and i should just wait it out plus they are all from bag seeds

Not bad but you need 2-3 more weeks, looks good for bag seed though, I always find it fun to grow them out, kinda like the mystery box in nazi zombies

You also have some pm on those plants, control your RH if you can if not pluck off those white spotted leafs

Powdery Mildew (the white spots on your fan leafs
Relative Humidity (the amount of water in the air at a given time)

If you are talking about the seventh pic, that looks like bird shit to me. The spotted leaves look like mite damage and I have no idea how you control RH outside.

Looks like PM to me but I can’t see the whole plant - Also you’re burning w/ ferts or overwatering
