how do seeds come

howdo seeds comefrom seed banks like nirvana mail boz ups , or what plz help

almost every seed order i've gotten has come straight from the good ole usps, or from the royal mail which is basically the uk's usps, and than from royal mail to the usps..

i noticed its only 12 dollarsto ship to wtf? is that descret info pplzzzzzzzzzz

ok, calm down, lol.. i didn't understand that last ?, so will you please repeat it more clearly and i will try and help you some more..

usps? united states post office? does it say i came from over seas worriedabout the little noisy post office we have here you know gettin stuff from other countrys where stuff isx legal

As far as discrete: It's obviously a small package in a mailer from another country (postage/stamps/return address will reflect that). It may be marked or stamped with something along the lines of 'sample' or 'gift' but no further details can really be determined beyond that.

The seeds are usually contained inside of, or with something else, that is an inexpensive sample or a gift (I'm leaving this part sketchy for obvious reasons) and that would pass a cursory inspection/look by customs.

That's about all there is to it.

yes, usps is united states postal service.. i've made about 20 or so seed purchases in the last two or so years and have only gotten one order confiscated from customs thus far.. the order was from sannies seeds and yes, the package did indeed say it was from amsterdam, but sannie is pretty clever at the way he packages his orders and i was completely blown away that his seeds were the ones to get popped..
depending on whom you order from, it varies on the packaging that they come in.. if you order from the attitude, they have an option of payihg a lil more for your order for quarenteed delivery, which means that if customs does get them, they will re send them, no questions asked..
and the outside of the package doesnt say anything in big red letters saying what is inside of the package..

oh yeah, and all i did was email sannies and told him that i still hadnt gotten my seeds yet, which at that poiint i still hadn't gotten the letter from customs, and he was way cool and just re sent them to me..
about a week later i had my order, and the next day i had another package from sannies.. i was all, sweet, i got two orders.. but upon closer inspection i could tell that the package had been opened and stapled shut.. not a good sign.. when i opened the package, all i found was that dreaded customs letter saying that someone tried to mail me some contraband.. it had a list of about four or five things that are considered contraband by customs like steriods, amyl nitrates which i had to look up, and the last one was drugs.. in my case the drugs box had been checked and seeds was handwritten next to the box..
the letter gave me a phone number and addy in case i wanted to try and get my seeds back, not recomended, lol, and at the bottom of the letter it just said no further action would be taken..

well the reason i askis cause all our mail goes to the postoffice in this little ass town of 300 people and into our p.o boxsinpopst office think safe?

thats it my brother.. i held onto my letter from customs as i thought it was a pretty cool keepsake, lol.. but yeah, all they will do is take your seeds from you and send you a lovely letter.. if there is anything inside the package that they do not consider to be contraband, they will only take out the contraband, seeds, and send you the rest of the stuff in the package.. customs isn't going to come and arrest anyone over a few pot seeds..
this is why its recomended to only order what your willing to loose at one time as not every bank is willing to resend your order to you if you don't get it.. im pretty sure that the attitude and nirvana and sannies are the only few that will.. there maybe others, but this is only my experience..

i have to admit that i was veryyyyyyyyyy nervous the frst time that i ordered seeds off of the internet, but over time and after many many orders getting to me, i've calmed down alot and have since been the seed collecting whore.. i order more seeds than i could grow, but i just love having all of these killer genetics and never knowing for sure what i'm going to grow next till that time arrives..

I live in small town also, and have had other contraband seized in mail- but never ever seeds. They are always discreet, and use good methods. Customs isnt going to come arrest you for some seeds. Get caught signing for a package containing a few pounds of dank....then you'll have an issue. I order seeds massively all the time and never have problems...ever.Smashed seeds once..sorry i lied...but other than that, nothin.

yeah my man, i wouldn't worry the least about ordering seeds where your at.. the post office really has no idea what is inside of that package once it gets past customs, which is either in nyc or chicago i believe..
if it gets past customs, the only person allowed to open your package after that point is the postmaster general, and he/she has to have a good reason to open your package..

Think about it; if/when a package is seized, it is seized by CUSTOMS at specific locations within the US. If they do seize anything it takes criminal charges filed by the appropriate agency, and such an agency would have to have proper jurisdiction and thus authority to arrest the person in question. They aren't contacting your local district attorneys office, and certainly they wont be alerting any federal prosecutors to the fact that you had a few cannabis seeds or a months supply of prescription drugs (even lower scheduled narcotics) sent to your house. It probably isn't enough that such and such was present in a package addressed to a person, at any rate. Certainly the courts would require more substantial evidence for any such cases. I've watched episodes of COPS in which drugs had been detected in packages, and if I remember correctly they would play some role in the delivery and physically set the person up; moving in to arrest them after they accepted possession of the package.

Its not your mail until you have it. I order from worldwideseeds everytime, and use the gaurenteed shipping. That package is not mine until I sign for it. Exspecially a gift. If I package up a zip of widow in a t-shirt and mail it to you and it gets intercepted, do you think that your getting in trouble? No sir, mail laws are pretty strict like dude said below. NYC customs will seize it ( worse case scenario) and mail you a letter saying they seized a package that was addressed to you because it contained seeds. You will have the option to try and claim your seeds, but I would just call the seed company again as most will just re-send until you get them. This shit is amazingly easy bro and really noob friendly...Study the laws and find out for yourself what your limitations are. Once you know how much you are legally allowed to do, you may decide what type of risks you are willing to take. But ordering seeds, no sweat man...clones are tricky, but creativity and speediness make those go good too.
