You can just mist the dome and you don't need to mist the plants. Some people do mist the plants though.
I get roots faster when I only mist the dome because if you mist the plants then the cuttings get enough
water and don't need to grow roots or don't need to grow roots as fast. As long as the rockwool cubes stay
a little moist (not soaked) with humidity in the dome you will be fine. You can also leave the dome cracked
a bit for airflow but keep the dome humid.

Anyone else here at RLOL practice the "don't mist the plants" method like to weigh in?
