How do i use sucanat(pure sugar cane)???

I think im goin to startb addin at 1 tbs a gal, as soon as my canna boost runs out ive been usin the boost at low rate 8ml/g so it lasted longer, but know ive started usin at high rate 16ml/g....... so it goes quicker and i can start givin the sucant a run.

Im in coco and waterin with nutes every feed(run to waste) am i still ok with the 1tbs a gal?

Your plant doesn't use the sucanat itself it is simply to feed the good organisms in the medium so that they can break up left over salts from the nutes that are otherwise bad for your plant into smaller usable pieces. I've heard over doing it can gunk up the soil but idk. Might wanna try just doing it ever other or even third feeding with the sucanat.

Sorry, but you're wrong about that. Sucanat is feeding your plants carbs and sugars.

Some of what you say is right i think jimmy from what ive read...... the micro organisms do feed on the carbs and vitamans etc from the sucanat and love it!,.. but by doin this they break them down so they can be easily absorbed and used by the plant....Thats why it works better in soil or coco where you get large ammounts of micro orgs already.

Thanks, I hadn't read that. But I have read that the carbs and sugars are taken up and used by the plants, which is why I disagreed with JJ.
