How do I upload pictures to an album?

I'm trying to upload pictures to an album but when I click the album, there's not a button that says "Upload Pictures". Any help? I will include pictures of the steps I've taken. Pictures go right to left

Lol I guess its a little hard to find. Check that blue bar on the right side, under "no upload button?" I see it in the pic

youre doing everything right but on the right hand side in the blue bar if you scroll your mouse around you will find an upload photos its the same blue on blue its stupid i know and yes i have brought it up to the head ups to change it
