How do i supercrop?

My plants are on their 3rd week veggetative stage and i really need some help on how to supercrop them and exactly what i need to do. And i also want to know if its a good time to. Thanks

if you do the pinching the tops you dont need to trash on the stem just a simple pinch of the new green growth will do the trick its all i use but the only reasosn it is all i use is because i dont veg very long i run sog

tying down is the way to go man... very little stress on plant, here is some pics of mine. You can manipulate them however you want. top the plant early and tie it apart in different direction, while tying the main stem as low as you can...

I'm lovin the looks of that. I seriously pinched my last batch, was very happy with the end result but I'm gonna do a little experimenting with this as well.
