how do i really give my plants their AN nutes

ok i all ready have the hole lighting process on check BUT i just have a little confusion on how do i feed my plants their most likely going to b kush grown on soil. do i just follow the direction behind the bottles cause i know i"ve seen a few web sites that i cant find no more that suggested
I use a nute for the veggie period but dose up every week for 4 weeks on the nutes then flush and then for the flowering stage also dose up on the nutes every week using a blooming nute for week 5 through week 13 then flush.
please some one give me some advise cause i want to have a good harvest. so do i just follow the bottle labels or just follow this chart that kind of made since to me and just dose up a few ml. a week.its all indoors also

When giving a new type of nutrients start off by giving a little less than recomended, then work your way up and give them the normal amount,if it looks like it needs heavy feeding then give it heavy feeding.but each strain is gonna react different that's why you start low because it could not need that much.keep a eye out for nutrient burn if you get some then flush for a while and cut down the nutrients.
