How do I post A picure to my Profile?

I want to add a pic to my profile! Im tired of looking at the grey head! Can anyone help me with real good directions?
Im kinda lost here.
 
my rollit up, top right corner. user settings left hand side i think its like the third one down edit profile pic and BAM... upload file from computer or net and your done
