I need help designing this 3 dimensional rectanglar grow room (3x4x5). I have 1x2x8 boards as the frame work and was looking for some advice on how to build the exterior framework. my plans was just to staple poly panda film around the exterior of the frame work but i don't see it working seeing how I also want to hang 4ft T12 lamp inside for my lighting and install bulbs for initial lightage.using wood so thin what are some ideas you can toss at me?

Spend quality money on it ....lol
dump the T12's for a couple of T5's, 4ft long, as T12's have very poor output compare, hang the T5's on chains attached to hooks in the ceiling, adjust daily, keep a small fan on the plants as they gotta breathe too, your frame has got to be a minimum of 2"x2" or 2"x4" is better, attach T5's to top struts

You can use the poly to cover the entire structure and still hang lights and shit from the top. However, you have to construct the tent properly. I would definitely use 2x4s and actually build solid walls and a ceiling. Total cost to build the tent out of 2x4s properly will be around 50 bucks. If you have absolutely no knowledge about carpentry, maybe Google how to build a wall first.
