how do I give "likes"??

I can't figure out how to give people likes.. please help

youre too new of a member you must become an established member first, become more active on the board,
next time check our support forum found at the bottom of the forum list page,

Ok, thank you so much, I knew something wasn't right cause people were telling me to click tabs I guess I don't have access to yet. What determines an established member?
