How do i get into the market?

I am a new member to the site and am trying to get into the market to see what is listed in the classifieds, but it wont let me.. Does anyone know how to get privileges to view the market?

you gotta donate (buy a six month subscription for 30 bucks) then you'll be an elite member..comes with other privelages as well
