the only strawberry cough in seed form that you're going to get is from dutch passion, and i don't think it's nearly as good as the kksc..
i just put out some feelers for the real deal kksc in clone form, and got a few bites and i'm still waiting for a few people who had said they have access to it to come through for me..
it's a pretty hard strain to come across from the limited replies i had gotten when i asked for her..

Those are untested and overpriced F1 seeds. The breeder himself hasn't even grown those seeds out and he can't tell you shit about the strain. Some of his strains are legit but most of it is just pollen chucking going on with CVS.

Do not buy any strawberry cough seeds. It will be a waste of money. No one has put any time into breeding something that represents it. It is my favorite strain and has been for 11 years.
Clones of it are pretty readily available if youre in the right part of the country though. It isnt like it was back 10 years ago when the only places you could get it were the east coast, Detroit, and wherever Kyle moved on his way out to Cali. He dropped the clone to a friend of mine while he lived in Detroit in the late 90s.

Any sign of this strain (or suitable alternative) in Canada, have had a friend for a while now with very bad asthma and I think this is the strain they need.

How readily available are they in MI? Have you tried the any of OgRaskal's strains from the strawberry cough, by chance?

The cough is around A LOT in the Detroit area. When I first started smoking it, it was just coming through my group of friends. But in the last 5 years or so it's been passed around pretty liberally by local growers.
The only problem with that, that I have seen is that there is a lot of sub par strawberry cough on the street and in dispensaries, that is actually the cut, just grown poorly. It's a tricky plant to grow, you need to concentrate on her, load her with nitrogen and dial her in to produce top quality batches of it.
I have not grown any of raskals seeds, but have watched his work since overgrow days, so I have a lot of respect for him. I have however grown out my own strawberry cough seeds from errant hermie pollen in the past, hoping to find something nice, and it seemed to me the traits of the SC are not dominant in crosses. I didn't find a single plant out of 10 representing those traits.
That being said. A good friend of mine has made a cross and found a cough presenting plant from it. I've been growing this cross for a year and have passed it to my friend's. It's currently in production in a few small gardens and warehouses in Michigan and Indiana. The cross is KKSC x (sour bubble x blueberry)

I wish I could point you in a direction to help you, as I know this is affective for that. I had a friend in high school, loooong before I was even convinced 100% that cannabis was medicinal, that had asthma as was a wrestler, from his freshman year, to his senior year, he was able to get off of his inhaler completely. He would smoke strawberry, or nl#5 x haze every night. It relaxed his bronchial passage ways. His doctors were pretty baffled. But looking on the Internet as 17 year olds, we found the answer in the fact that certain cannabinoids specifically target those parts of your lungs when inhaled.

Should find some killer strawberry plants in there.
I believe Connoisseur Genetics will also be dropping some KKSC crosses in about a month.

nirvana has strawberry cough last time i checked, may have to do some pheno hunting but you will probably find a good pheno. luckily nirvana is cheap as shit, so you could buy a whole bunch of reg seeds and just pick which seedling you like best and clone it.

Always mature and finish a plant before choosing, if you choose a plant based on what looks good as seedling your most likely missing the pheno you want.

i take a clone off each and label each plant (strain name) #, thats how most breeders keep track of the phenos. nirvana is good for their price though, if you want a smaller range of phenos id buy from a better breeder, i prefer sannies shop

i thought nirvana only had a rasperry cough strain and not strawberry??
i could be wrong though as i'm no fan of nirvana and not completely sure of what's in their catalog ..
