I over watered one of my plants and its been 2 weeks since watering and the soil is wet, I think it has root rot, how do I fix this? I heard adding hydrogen peroxide to the water might help, if it does, then how much do I use? I'm growing in soil and using GH nutrients... Please help

Don't water as often. LOL. Joke, but if your soil isn't drying out by now then you have some problems with circulation of air and heat in the room. Not sure how to fix root rot other than letting them dry out. Even when you flush it shouldn't take two weeks to dry out (depending on what size containers they are in). I'm sure you are not using a 55 gal container. Hydrogen peroxide won't help it until after it dries. I use 1/4 tsp per gal when I use it.

try to get a fan pointed directly at the soil or if you can put them in a window for a day. im assuming there indoor?

Just exactly HOW MUCH water are you giving each plant in 3 gal pot? what kinda soil are you using? I don't see how it could be wet after 2 weeks still....are you using floros or CFL? because i don't see how this would even be possible if ur using HID lights.
the way to fix overwatering is not to water so much...whatever amount you are giving you need to give way less....i'd rather have slightly underwatered then over...underwatered the plant will just droop a bit, u give it water and a few hours later it looks perfect

You could also repot the plant in a bigger container or add a new top layer of dry soil so slowly absorb the access. Then poke a few holes to mimic little worms tunneling and bring in small amounts of fresh air.
