if they test for uric acid, that shit ain't in the synthetic. all the synthetic shit is stuff that is used to "calibrate" the machines. a true urinalysis shuold have trace amounts of stuff like mucous and white blood cells among other things. let's just say i'm pretty well familiar with what should be in urine when placed under the microscope and in a formal urinalysis. i work with this stuff day in and day out.

this place ain't fucking lab corp. this hospital system is nationwide and runs all of it's own employment urine specimens.
Employment urine test are by far the easiest tests to cheat on. There are 2 red flags besides temp. a testing facility looks for. One is that has some color, clear is an obvious sign of dilution. And second is creatine levels, a low level is another sign of dilution.

I've heard good things about synthetics but I've found that finding a clean friend and have them piss in a condom is a sure fire way to pass. What I do is wear basketball shorts underneath my khakis and tie the condom to the drawstring and let hang down one pant leg. When you piss just pull condom out instead of your johnson and prick a hole to stream. They set up the bathrooms to be tamper proof and rely on that to validate that the sample is indeed yours. I would make sure that if you where forced to get clean piss from a female that she is well away from her period.

Quitting sucks.... I slid by probation drug tests by having my clean friend piss in a cup and suck it up in a visine bottle. I kept the bottle under my armpit until it was time to drop.

I do t-breaks every so often,I have been smoking for 12 yrs,and at leaste once a year ill stop for about a month,by doing this it has actualy given me a good deal of control over the whole "jonesing" aspect. But as of late i havent smoked for 60 days no cheating, before this t-break i skipped 2 yrs of my annual ritual.Part of it is due to looking for a better job and the other part was a bit more extenuating, nothing to do with the cops or anything.

u need to quit for a month, thats not too bad, although when not smoking time seems to drags on. My reason for quitting was legal issues, it's hard but its a matter of will power. I found alot of the time i wanted to smoke is when i was bored. so find things to occupy your time, fishing for me was always great, and still is one of the only things i become so ensued with while doing it, that i dnt think to smoke at all. Just occupy your time with activities you enjoy doing, theres a world of things out there, maybe take the time to try new activities.

just set goals and reward yourself for achieving them. the easy part is that it isn't addictive.
i agree that you could switch drugs...but pick a legal one, like whiskey.

I've used the stop smoking pill to quit tobacco and it cut my desire to smoke bud significantly as well, I just kept smoking it cause I enjoy it.

I haven't stopped smoking since I started and I've made some significant changes, so I'm thinking I might quit for a bit and just see how I feel sober. Could give me a chance to save up more money too. Gonna go to the store tomorrow, stock up, and use cooking and food to give me a high lol.

I mean we're talking pancakes (w/ coconut flour, 100% maple syrup, coconut butter), eggs, spaghetti, banana bread, bloobs (blueberries), strawbs, bananas, apples, garlic chicken, seafood, and more.

When do you think withdrawal symptoms will be gone? Been smoking for about one and a quarter years, almost everyday, with a few 1-2 day breaks off in there.

while there is no physical withdrawal, i will tell you, that if you are a creature of habit and marijuana is one of your habits that you look forward to, it does suck. coming home from a rough day at work and not having your usual crutch to fall back on takes some adjustment. before, when i was having a rough day, like today, i could think to myself, 4 more hours and i get to go home and get blazed out of my skull so it's going to be ok keep on truckin'! now, i think 4 more hours and i get to go home and not get blazed out of my skull. it just sucks. everybody has a coping mechanism and mine is marijuana.

i don't like alcohol, never did. cigarettes are physically addicting and will kill you. i found the drug for me and its marijuana. again, not that i can't refrain, it just sucks. like being a fat person on a diet.

If I couldn't find any I think it'd be easy to quit. The fact that it's so easily available makes it hard to quit.

For me it is the opposite, IF I can cultivate the self-control necessary to take breaks while I have some.

The thing is, when I take a break when I have some, it's a CHOICE, and my mind knows that, so it rebels a lot less. When I HAVE to take a break because I ran out, my mind knows it's NOT a choice, and gets fucking pissed off. This makes the break off a lot harder on me, and causes a lot of unnecessary stress because I won't let go of it even though it's gone.

It's way easier for me to take a break while I have some on hand. It then becomes a simple act of intention rather than "the universe fucking me over" which is what it feels like when I'm forced into a break. If I'm forced into it, I will then usually just be angry for a few days to a week while trying to hunt some down to buy. Then, right after I finally give up on the pointless anger, I find some to buy. It always feels like a lesson in patience and tolerance, unfortunately.

On the other hand, when I take a break by choice, I usually do not feel angry at all because I know I'm the captain of the ship, and that I'm doing it for a reason.

So each time it's forced on me by circumstance, I try to remind myself for future reference: if I had just taken a break while I had some on hand, it would have gone a lot easier. When it's a choice, it always feels like there's a "backup plan" just in case I do flip my shit. And ironically, because of my awareness of that contingency plan, I don't. I just get on with my life instead.

i wish i was like that. i grow my own and have 2+ O's on hand right now of 3 different strains. feels like i'm getting fucked over by a govt who thinks weed makes darkies want to sleep with white women.
