How Crucial is the 12/12 Light Cycle To Flower

My Strawberry Cough is currently on 12/12 with 29K spectrum lights. Preflower showing. Using a 2x4 tent.

Here is my problem:

As a newbie I got a bit ahead of myself. In my closet under 6k T5 I have a few nice seedlings and some clones from the Strawberry. They all need to be repotted but there is not enough room under the T5 for bigger pots. My only solution is to either let them get rootbound or maybe move into the tent.

If I move to tent no place for the Strawberry. I thought about letting the Strawberry finish outside but right now the days are a bit longer than 12 hours and in 4 weeks will be 13 hours of light outside. Is this a problem since I do not want my plants to go back to veg. How big a deal is 12 vs 13 hours in flower?

Oh yes in the closet under the T5 are a couple of autos. i thought about moving them outside but everything I read says at least 18 hours of light for an auto.

Think they will be OK on 12-13 hours light.

In short am I better off moving the Strawberry Cough or the auto outside to make room in the tent.

This is fun but I really need another tent. Finances prohibit that path.

12/12 was not established by man. The plant requires this cycle to bud properly. Switching the 12/12 plants can cause problems. I'm overcrowded right now also but summers just around the corner.
