it sure is. i put clones outside to flower in a small greenhouse in late Feb one year. then it snowed. growth slowed to a halt but they suffered no damage.

So it's possible to flower ouside in Feb even though the days are getting longer? The equinox isn't until April so it'll still be under 12 hours of day.

misshestermoffitt, at the moment I've no pics.... I dug a couple of holes and threw in some potting soil and bag seeds and promptly forgot about it. A month later I noticed
7 plants popping up. I was unable to get back to them very often, so I didn't fert them until aug, at which point I was able to sex them...3 males 4 ladies. 2 of the plants were short and 2 tall. The short ones had some budding branches but most of the buds were confined to the trunk.Both of those I've harvested already, they were about5' tall....the other 2 are still in the ground and are over 7'. There height was a security risk so I tied them down to about 5', consequently many more budding sites formed. They are approximately 5 wks from done, given the temps it's unlikely
they'll fininsh. The wet weight of the 2 I took was a bit more than a lb. so I hope to get about an oz from them when dryed and cured, very strong aroma and very sticky.
This is my first grow...frankly, any success was more the result of a very wet summer, commercial potting soil...and DUMB luck.

Well good job Paulee.
As long as the temps get up during the day and aren't too far below freezing at night, I wouldn't write them off yet. I think you'll be surprised at how well they can fare.
As long as you haven't had a really hard frost, or snow for that matter, things should still be ok for the most part.
