How can you tell or know when your plant has fungus

Pictures would be nice too.

i take it its gnats you're on about, little flies buzzing around the base of the plant stem, and yellowing lower leaves with brown spots (little b"st#rds)

no the bottom of my plants have little bumps on them is that normal?
Like on the stem

bumbs or nobs at the base is perfectly normal best post some pics to make sure though.

now every once in a while ill go in there and see these small flies or fly around one of my plants..what does that mean

you need to get some thuricide!
