I disagree, i feel that if we overgrow the government they won't be able to punish us all, nor eradicate the plants.

Thats all true. but there are STUPID people that will do something fucked up. but most likely after the courts dont work how they are supposed to. because even our court system is fucked up..
3 dui's is minimum of 1 year in prison, is you dont have a good lawyer, and there are people who KILL other people and they get 6 months jail time?
Like some things are just fucked up.

its not about them punishing us, its about losing stability, endangering everyone in this nation. You dont think if we over threw and over hauled the govt that all the other countries around the world wouldnt try to exploit that?

I think the first DUI should be a minimum of 1 year in prison, 2nd 10 years 3rd LIFE! Drunk drivers kill innocent people everyday!!!!

Yea But see there are people with 10+ DUIs and haven't done a day in jail. the more money you have the more power. Its really not fair. I think everyone should be treated the same with crimes

Federal law supersedes state law. The specific controlling law is the 1970 Controlled Substances Act that places certain drugs into the no medical use category, Schedule 1. There was a request that HHS & the DEA consider re-scheduling of marijuana and HHS/DEA sat on it for a couple years. Finally when pushed they refused the request. My guess is Marijuana will be re-scheduled to 2 or possibly even 3 when Sativex is introduced into the US. But that is simply a guess.just as the title says....

Once people have occupied far enough to get a couple states, then the states can start occupying America, and weed can be legal.

The DEA just raids openly wearing no masks or anything.
When the people of America take this country back, they'll know exactly where to go, since the current system has become so brazen, and operates so openly.

They should at least suit up, and put on masks. Instead of showing that they KNOW DAMN WELL they are taking things from compliant citizens.
If they had masks we couldn't say "Fuck you (Specific Name) for standing there, looking like a smug ASSHOLE as you robbed us of our medicine holder."
And they ARE burglarizing. It's just ok because of who they are
