How can i you flower the shortest plant possible?

Would you begin 12/12 from seed or 12/12 at a certain height, say 8 inches?? Wouldn't going 12/12 from seed cause the plant to strecth more than it should b/c it wont be mature enough to bud until a certain height???

12/12 from seed with produce plants that will yield an 1/8 oz to a 1/4 oz. They will be very weak plants that will need lots of t l "n"c I have grown a couple of crops like that and have found the best way to get short plants is to LST them. Bending the plant over and vegging it for a few weeks then putting it right into flower. You end up with a plant no bigger than two feet tall and with many many tops. Look it up here GROWFAQ "LST"
Topping or pinching will also stunt upward growth but will also slow over all growth of the plant while it is recovering.
