how can i get my buds realy sticky?

Yes I have heard from many experienced growers that MH light will increase potency at the expense of yield. The yellow light of HPS is great for adding weight but the blue spectrum of the MH is better for resin production. I don't see any points made in this thread that I would disagree with. The most important factors in "sticky" buds are solid genetics and keeping the plants at optimum health throughout their lives.

well i picked up on some kool bloom and some floralicious,,they both have lotsa good stuff for iol production,,i need to know if there is sometihing i can do now,till the end to make them smellier stickier and tastier..
