How big the plant will be after switching to flowering regime?

Hello growers,
My friend have some plant, growing indoor. The plant is sativa dominant and it is about 10.6 inches or 27 cm high. It is 6 weeks in vegetative stage. He wants to know, if he switch light now to 12/12 , how big the plant will be at the end of flowering.

expect it to no less then triple in size

That is the biggest problem, he doesn't have big grow room, maybe 1m high grow room and 80x60cm wide.
