I found one crawling on the outside of one of my pots these things just look like normal spiders since there so much bigger than normal spider mites you can easily see these by the naked eye I found just one and squished it with my hand and it left a red stain so I no it was definitely a clover mite but they look like just a normal small spider .. are these just as bad at attacking plants as normal spider mites or should i not be as worried about it, thanks in advance

Various plants? really?
Clover mites feed on grass's and plants that are common in lawns like clover. That is your various. Wrong spectrum of plants, to bother us but,,,
IF, and that's a solid "IF" they get on your plants.
Simple contact killers like Pyrethrins or even Neem (hate Neem) will work on them...
Insecticide soap works very well on them!

NO need for the big guns, like Forbid or Avid!

I did not dispute the term "various"....Just that Cannabis is not normally a plant that they infest!

In over 40 years of growing our plant of choice. I have never actually seen "clover" motes infest a cannabis plant. Not to mention they never came up as an issue to Dicot plants in school. They prefer grass's, shrubs and tree's....or, for the most part, monocot's if you will.
Keep in mind they do little damage, even if seen in numbers.
They are easy to kill, and the treatments I list are effective for treating them on the plants they do prefer!
