How are they looking so far

It is about 2 and 1/2 weeks into the grow and it seems to me that this plants are getting very tall. Is this ok or is there something I need to do to get some height on this plants?

What kind of Soil/lights are you using?
keep your lights as close to the top of the plants without burning them.

Its a MG organic choice with a 250 watt m/h, right now i am trying to get together a ebb+flow w/ a 250 watt hps for flowering.
