How are my tent conditions?

Fan speed controller? You moving a shite ton of air for that amount of space.You are exchanging your tents air 4 times a minute. I dont know your whole area but if you draw cool air from your house vent it through the tent to outside. The load you will put on your AC gets pricey. You are doing nothing adverse to your girls. But you might be pimp slapping your wallet going into the summer months. I have a 4x8 as well with 2 1k hps and i run a 440 cfm anf dial it down. No temp problems, and im in Arizona. Cheers man, no disrespect here just food for thought on your future power bills.

I run my fan speed controller and the lowest setting just past off lol
