House Meter question.

What can I find out from my GE I-70-S 240v meter? I'm not very good with electrical stuff, but not stupid enough to go over. I've looked it up and I usually see these meters with 120v. Does anyone know what that means? Right now I'm trying to find out if my house has 15amp or 20amp wiring.

Not sure what type of meter your looking at, but in regards to the amperage of your wiring, all you would need to do is look in your breaker box, or fuse box if it is an older home. The breakers will be either 15 amp or 20 amp. More 20 amp circuits will have a different looking receptacle as well. This could all be answered with a simple Google search. This is 120v 101.
