Does anyone have any insight on the status of house bill 1267 which allows use of medical marijuana while on probation in the state of Colorado? I have not found any examples of situations of patients being allowed to use during their probation.
I have a red card, was charged with dwai,obstruction & speeding. Not sure if I will be allowed to medicate for the next 18 months. My attorney said it is up to the probationary department but I am trying to find out if anyone has any first hand experience in this matter.
