House and Garden changed?

Hey.. I've been growing for 5 years with H&G with no issues until about 3 months ago... ppms through the roof (even higher than their typical excessive #'s). I'm seeing substantial nutrient burn in both veg & flower, even when the reses are at perfect ph & ppms.. I'm even cutting the dosage down by 75%.. I've essentially eliminated any potential environmental issues, so it's definitely not the room; Ac'd, proper air flow in & out, no bugs, no mildew.... I'm at my wits end & thinking of changing. Anyone else having these issues?

I put this new Hortilux bulb in my 400W HID and all my plants look like that now. Craziest thing.

EDIT: I also replaced my small box fan with this upright fan that is too powerful. I run it on some weird setting to create a "breeze". My issue is either the fan or the bulb....still working it out.

I've gone through 1 round on 4 of the lights & 2 rounds on the other 4, all in the same room-- hortilux 1000w... They're running strong, not new, but will replace after this round. 2 maxfan pro's running while lights are on, venting only... 6 18" airing wall mounted oscillating on low.. temps throughout daytime & nighttime flux between 69 & 79... I feel like I've eliminated any potential issues with the environment/light/ph/ppm etc.. I believe its an issue with the new face of House and Garden in the US, as opposed to before they moved from the netherlands. What nuits are you u using? Is anyone having this happen with H&G???

OHHH...I get what youre saying now. I thought you were using the term House and Garden to mean YOUR setup. I realize now its a nute line. I don't use H&G so I can't really say. I just saw the pic and thought to myself..."Hey, my plants look almost exactly like that"

Yes--- House & Garden; Nutrient line. Thinking of changing if others are having similar issues... If no one else is, I have to explore other possible issues with overall health

You know H&G moved from Holland to the US? Some production was interrupted but I haven't heard problems like yours.

Yes.. that's why i'm asking.. I noticed a HUGE change when they moved... not only is it not working as well, but it definitely seems like they've retooled their nuits. Roots excel used to be super thick, now it's like water... top shooter is crystalizing in the bottle.. PH & PPM are way higher than the last 5 years etc. no one else?

I've been KISS (simple). GH MaxiGro in veg, MaxiBloom in flower with Pro-Tekt silicon and Ful-Power fulvic. And before someone says GH is Scotts which is Monsanto--no, but there is an exclusive marketing agreement for Roundup.

General Hydroponics MaxiBloom is working good, first run with that. Used to use Fox Farm. I was on a budget this year.

I had the same my last two grows using H&G. I dropped my ppm's on my last grow down to about 800-850 tops and I managed to have no problems if this helps. I was up to about 1.6 ec on last two but was still giving me problems all the way through, I dropped levels and all is fine..Hope this may help ???
