houdini colas

They're disappearing! I have three clones 7 weeks into flowering. They are being grown in FFOF, and we just transplanted into soil for flowering. They have been fed with FF Tiger Bloom at 1/2 strength so far, one has been fed with Beatie Bloomz at 1/4 strength, and the others with Age Old Bloom and molasses so far at half the recommended strength. pH levels are approximately 6.3. This particular strain isnt a big producer, but the top colas for the most part look very under developed for how far along the plants are in flowering. In every case, the lower buds are forming nicely, and much heavier and denser than at the top, which seems to be counterintuitive. I've posted a picture of one extremem case. The bottom bud in the picture is forming about normally, it's on one of the bottom two branches and doesn't get much light at all, but still is coming along much better than the top cola. The top cola of the plant in the picture is basically bare, and looks deformed. There are a few hairs here and there, but otherwise nada...any help is appreciated. Thanks,

yeah pics are bad, I can take one of the whole plant, but the resolution is so bad on my camera (phone) that you really can't see shit in them. I can try a better pic of the top portion. But it basically the top 6-8" look like a bare shoot with a few hairs at random nodes and one finger of a leaf coming out the top. Over-feeding would make sense though, I waited a few weeks after putting them into the FFOF to start adding nutes, but it seems to be the consensus on here that the plants can go for about a month in that soil. But I wanted to add some high P nutes since they're flowering.

Sativas don't need a lot of food bro. I'm sure those high P nutes had some N or it wouldn't have shot up like that. If you wanna add PK you should get a booster made for just that purpose. ;-) nitrogen = bad. :peace:

So I should be watering with just Beastie Bloomz? or something similar? What about molasses? And when if ever should i begin to add in the bloom nutrients (5-15-5)?
