If this is approved and in my understanding.....Biotech Institute LLC will have the rights to all hybrids that Myrcene is not the dominant terpene.
Patent Abstract: The invention provides compositions and methods for the breeding, production, processing and use of specialty cannabis.
In other words, all current strains and future strains that are not myrcene dominant. The patent have a long list of the major terpenes found in cannabis (pretty much all), including THC and CBD rich strains.
