Hookas?

anyone know what Hookas are? and what they smoke in them ? LOL I first thought I saw a group of people token in bongs.. but I was wrong! do they get High?

i think its a new trend for the college kids. i live near a college town and some friends asked me if i wanted to go to a hookah bar. i was like, "we can smoke weed in the place!" but no, the smoke flavored tobbacco and other wierd shit i guess. no thanks.

oh, and a hookah is like a bong but with multiple tubes for multiple smokers. they suck in my opinion

I smoke hookah every day. It's a mix of tobacco, molasses, flavoring, and glycerin.

There's a whole lot of hookah bars in downtown montreal (where i'm from), it's a popular social activity in the middle east so its common to walk into a hookah bar to see people smoking flavoured tobacco, conversing, or playing cards. My cousin is obsessed with it and i don't see the worth, it's like inhaling flavoured smoke and the end result for me is typically a lighthead. I just stick with good old weed and a bong, beats flavoured tobacco and hookah anyday.

hookah smoking is very relaxing, especially when it's a "special" hookah bowl. get high for a couple hours and just chillllllllllll

Hookahs are used for smoking shisha out of, it's a pleasant thing to do. Also, they work well for weed. My buddy's got one, and smokes out of it on special occassions... has three hoses so three people can take a rip at once. It's a pain in the ass to set up, though, so he doesn't bother with it on most days. Smoke is smooth and cool, couldn't ask for more. But his steamroller/bubbler is more efficient and gets you more fucked up for the amount of weed you throw in...

Hookah is a nice novelty, though, Won't deny it.
