I've done that a few years back and didn't like the result, I made it too strong and it separated some. I'm just returning to vaping, its been kind of a love/hate thing. I see you can take a winterized extract and mix terps with it and you have a really concentrated mixture..... Maybe I should be looking at how to winterize my concentrates, and then I can mix with straight terps.

If you use winterized bho can you cut it 3:1? What’s the consistency of it when cut that much?

You can use that ratio with winterized bho yes. Ratio's of "thinner" affect effect ime. More "thinner" = a few more puffs to get the desired results.
I say try different ratios to find what hits you best. The consistency is still pretty maple syrup like. 3:1 isn't really much considering 2:1 can be really thick winterized or not.
It then comes down to your cartidge. Can it handle thicker oils without sacrificing taste,Or will the thinner ratio be suitable for longer cart life?
A lot of variables to consider. Took a bit of trial and error,but once you find the thinner you like and the carts you prefer, It's all a matter of preference going forward.

Good to hear. Yah I smoked ciggs for 10 years and moved onto the Juul last year, so I’m big into just plain vaping as well. Been making my own e liquids. So none of that really bothers me. I mean as for health concerns go lol

Another thing I’ve noticed with the .45 syringe filters, is that you need to press with a squish bag. The ones I just pressed without a filter, even after the syring filter clogged towards the end.

Gotcha, I was more referring to the tatse. Being that you have used eciggs and made your own, you'll notice a difference in taste using the 710.

have you tried all of the 710 flavors? Which was your favorite if so. All they had at my headshop was grape and fruit punch. The fruit punch smells really good

Nah,I use the flavorless bottle. It's just my preference, but I don't want anything extra added to my dilutant, I despise flavored cigars for my spliff. Hence my stance on flavored vape liquidizers and added terpines. Lol, this is just MY opinion and preference people(s). I don't want to start a pissing match. How much flavor manufactoring is too much manufacturing?
I'm after the taste, subtle nuances of flavor, palette party crazyness and euphoria of what I cultivated. No flavor manufacturer gets to take credit for my work. lol :bigjoint:
I can't front, I have been tempted to buy one of those flavor sample kits every time I reorder just to give it a shot. I could be completly wrong. Or I could be telling myself "I told you so knucklehead".

Yah man for sure. I prefer the flavorless ones as well, and adding my own terpenes. They only had the fruity flavors so whatever. One thing I will say; is the flavored ones help mask the weed smell if you wanna take it out and about in non legal states.

Lil tip from my experience...... If you load the syringe and put the filter on, then pull the plunger out completely, set the filter on rim of a little container and let your vape juice drip through overnight. Sometimes it's not all ran through but, my point is you get most of what's stuck in the filter (about a 1/2 ml). Even if you have to keep pulling the plunger all the way out and put it back in few times. Just be gentle I've blown the filter out by putting too much pressure.

I bought a bunch of filters and I run a couple pulls of 91% iso through them and reuse. I wait a good coupe days before I reuse them to make sure they're dry.
