The cooking process can happen indoors although in direct sunlight is best, keep out bugs. You can do the mixing indoors too but wet it down first and still wear a mask, it's a bit pricey but you can't beat the simplicity of SS and taste of weed is second to none, remember this is for a small mix, you can do it I did it, my hardest time was waiting for cooking time to finish.

Yup. Powerfull fans make noise. The way i had to do mine was mount the intake and exhaust fans inside the roof of the cabs with the filters outside the cab. I also had to use sound deadener around the exhaust fan. Now i just get a little refrigerator hum untill i open the door, then it sounds like i stepped in a running 747. When the lights come on, your intake air will be more dense then the exhaust air thus, using the same diameter intake and exhaust will make more turbulent noise when the light comes on. Using a slightly bigger diameter exhaust (or a shorter exhaust run) will help bring exhaust noise down when the lights turn on. Just incase your looking for some silence. If your venting is efficient enough, you might not even have much noise at all.
You add nothing and you use zero nutes, however during the different stages of growth you brew different types of teas for instance I make a banana peel tea with molasses to add to my water ( I'm in flower , high in potassium) and other teas high in potash.
