greetings to all. newest grow, only 3 seeds. hopefully at least 1 female. wanna try SOG with poultry screen as the medium to tie the ladies to. i plan to let them get about 9-12 in. then tie em down. i have a few pics, give me a sec to get em set up. well as usual all experience, comments, and constructive criticism are welcome.

I assume since you're going with chicken wire this will in fact by a SCROG grow, and not SOG (though you could feasibly combine the two methods if you have the space and a great set-up).

But if you do SCROG, just be sure you use female clones, as it is a bitch when you do all of that training only to find out it's a male or hermaphrodite.

I really can't comment or offer any arbitrary advice until I see some pictures though, which I am very much anticipating seeing. ;)

ScrOG, my bad. thanks for the correction. did the pics come out cool? i planned this grow for the holidays, as they are a huge financial strain. and buying smoke only adds to the stress im trying to eliminate. i assembled the grow area for less than 100 greenbacks, so i figure as long as i am able to harvest 10+ grams every 2-4 wks ill break even by valentines day. im currently assembling a seperate veg container.

update... as of current 2 of 3 seeds have sprouted, i gave them their 1st nutes today at 1/8 strength. ive been using 12/12 since day one. i flood the roots' res area a few times a day, still no signs of roots through the peat starter on top of 3 inch rockwool cubes. more pics to come. all experience is ap preciated

If you are just sprouting now and going 12/12 from the start, you may have some buds by Valentines Day like you are shooting for. Its tough getting started though, so read as much as you can and hopefully it will turn out good for you.

peace to all, update. since my last entries i have started feeding at full strength with molasses, not sure if itll boost anything but it hasnt posed a threat to the plants as of current. i let my brother peek in on em, he was surprised at how developed they were at about 2 1/2 wks. ill post a pic of what he saw and the exact date and time. i rubbed a branch betweenmy fingers and was shocked that it had such a strong scent. im anticipating sex verification in the next few days...
