Look it up. I'd personally not do it though, buy homegrown, much less risk of picking poisinous strains...........as its obvious your no fungi major........save yourself the risk of being sick and grow them or buy them, don't hunt unless you know what your looking for and can with a trained eye, spot the bad ones.......You'll have no luck of life if you pick the wrong and eat it.
