she is on 12-12 right now and has been for 10 days, this issue only started when i switched her to 12-12

Im using FFOF soil and FF neuts. I have been very conservative with the neuts, so I don't think that it is an abundance.

maybe calcium deficiency?

Looks like it needs calcium to me.

I dunno about ffof, but I know the fox farms nutes lack it. I add calmag and silica supplements when using their line.

To me the very tip of the leaf looks like a tiny bit of nute burn. From the pic I don't see too much wrong.
there really is not much wrong with the her,I would agree with you on that. I only started to notice this on just a few of the fan leaves, oddly enough it seems to only be affecting the fan leaves on the one branch. it is not very noticeable and it looks like it is in the early stage of what ever it is. I still think that it is Calcium Deficiency seeing as how I have been using 1/8th the recommend amount of neuts for my plant size and the size of the pot she's in. like i said VERY conservative on the neuts.

should I get some cal/mag?

I had been using FFOF, and two of my plants start showing cal def starting about a week or two after flowering starts. If I don't use calmag or other calcium supplement the plants get pretty rusty/faded, the buds come out fine if left alone, but the plant looks like hell when done. Only happened with some of my plants though.
