no, when you subject things to low humidity they dry out, water evaporates at room temperature, everything ive read specified heat, either through drying in the oven on low, or by boiling into a tea, also amanita muscaria only grows in europe wht we have here in the states is amerimuscaria wich is different. fly agaric isnt necessarily gonna kill you if you eat it fresh, but my understanding eating a simply dried fly agaric, is gonna cause some significant abdominal pain, so yeah do what you want.
