Himalayan Gold 12 weeks?

Hi-
I've got a Himalayan Gold upstairs (12 weeks today) and best I can tell, it's not ready. It's a 8-9 weeks strain, per seed company.
The pics below show several 18"-20" tall buds, about 10" diameter.
I just looked w/my scope on 100X and it's about 50% cloudy/50% clear.
I couldn't find any amber/brown whatever, so . . . I'm thinkin' yet another week.
What d'ya'll think? Should I whack her?
I smoked a bowl of some small, dead, golden bud leaves, and the third hit took my head off (every time I've tried to confirm it!)

Soil/600W hps

I'd flush her for the next ten days and then give her 72 hours of complete darkness before you chop. that will have you trimming and manicuring on friday may 8th. good luck bro

Thanks.
Should've noted that I've been flushing this plant since week 7-8, ie:I haven't fed it since then, heavy waterings only. Just waiting for it to stop making new flowers and for the trichs to ripen/mature . . . still seeing plenty of new flowers daily and pistils are mostly white overall.

Having harvested a zillion times thru the years, I seldom take harvest pics.

I can report getting 5 Z's off this one, cured. It doesn't look spectacular and the aroma is mild to none. The high, however, is long-lasting, powerful and active.
The damn thing did hermie and fertilize my other, 2+ year old thru clones, sensi crop.
The clones I took off the Himalayan all hermied too, despite a "greenhouse seed co." feminized, no hermie, guarentee. I did mess w/ the times during that initial grow, which I suspect caused this incident.

Almost every one of Green House Seeds strains say 8-9 weeks.

That is a lot of strains that have the EXACT same flowering time. I think Arjan and that guy who looks like Niko Bellic from GTA4 need to get more organized on their flowering times :)

Those are some big honker buds, looks nice.

Im currently doing some Himalayan Gold from Greenhouse. How long did you vegg for and what type of light are you using? hope I have as much success as you. Did you only do one plant?

With only one seed, under 600w hps, vegged 2-3 wks (under shoplights)
Clone difficulty, 7 outta 10, w/10 being easiest.

I'm sure I topped this plant early. It's a thriving grower that actually took very little/no extra attention, save having to tie it up a lot.
Have you seen this? Himalayan

A big hermie is not success maybe being outside and then brought indoors was your problem and slow down with the watering late in the grow your buds don't require a lot of water Peace "The Razzler"
