my clone of hijack is yellow on top and at the side new growth is appearing but no roots does the new growth come b4 the roots come thanks

You have to much light source(wattage) thats why you have new growth but no roots.....raise your light source away from the clone make sure your at 75-80*F and 90% humity
 
here are some new pics of my hijack i have been feeding her heavy is she looking better and the last 2 are of my rocklock the top leaves seem to be folding up why is this temps are at 74 help:peace:
