I got leds, but they just ain't working in my room, too cold. This would warm it up, and i could save the leds till spring or I get more insulation.

No one says you can only use one type of light. There are quite a few guys on here in cold climates that run HID in winter and LED summer and the spring depending on temps and how long mother winter has lingered around.
IKR, but I wanted to go all led, and I will by next winter, after i insulate.
