I am totally new to all of this. I am germinating my first seeds right now. I smoked pot once 15 years ago back in college. I see on some of the descriptions on the seeds on the internet that some produce more of a high and others more of a stoney feeling. What is the difference?
Thanks for the help.

I would have to say that being high is when you cant stop laughing your ass off and you just feel good

and that being stoned is like when you get home after a long day at work you sit dwn and just can move or do anything

and 15years with out a joint....whats made you want to smoke/grow now then?

Yeah I don't smoke very often. It kinda slows me down a long ass time. For the last 10 years I practice a form of martial art and am really intune with my body/mind and I honestly believe that when I get really blazed I can feel a difference in my mind for weeks. So I only smoke when I'm out of school, or I forgot what its like to be high :)

I totally understand that if every so often I am expected to be able to perform at a high mental level as an engineer, and I can definitely notice the burn out, if I have been smoking heavily the weekend before.

High they mean "up' and stoney they mean "down"
imo

Blue Dream has neither, your not up nor down.
It literally puts you in a dream state kind of
like your floating on a cloud.

What?^^^^^
Blue dream is a sativa. Lol
Dreaming...
DJ Shorts Blueberry is a 50/50 (sativa & indica) hybrid of Blueberry x Skunk and
a sativa SSH or an unknown sativa Haze is Blue Dreams hybrid make up.
The combination of these unique strains and the high they possess together add up to one unique high that does put you in a dream state like high thus it was named Blue Dream.
Where I live I have access to all the best L.A. Cali has to offer as in
real genetics.

I have smoked plenty of blue dream flowers and most every hash consistency from BD you can make. it's got a touch of a cloudy/hazy high but it's most definitely a sativa with a "lifted" effect. I have dabbed it to come out of indica couch coma dabs and it "woke me up" just fine. It's not a middle of the road effect IMO it leans sativa. But we all like to reach when advertising don't we?

what does you living in Cali have to do with anything? I'm from Cali.

I mainly was laughing at the possibility that people actually have different types of cannabis lingo for consuming various strains. Lol

Again, I was born and raised in California and lived there for 30years and never called it "Cali". Nor did anyone I knew called it Cali. Is it because I was in "SoCal" is this Cali thing a NorCal thing or an east coast thing?
