Hey SBMDB, I started them out on the perimeter of my bigger plants. Not knowing how they respond to light. When they grew bigger I used a dual fluorescent full spectrum figuring it would be okay but it was too bright. So I switched to a single bulb.
They would burn and drop the lower leaves if I use too much light. I have the light on seventeen hours a day so that’s a lot.
I think they need a transplant now , that could be a reason for slow growth. I have the substrate ready for transplanting but I need to make room in my veg. room by moving some to flower, hopefully tomorrow.
In the picture, the two on the end are the tallest (probably male) , but there are no side branches with any of them. Growing like a beanpole. I pinched them all numerous times and bend the tops occasionally. Thanks for your interest.
They also get a little extra light from the plants growing next to them. You can’t see the light in the picture but it’s a full spectrum LED one of those SMB types but I forget the brand.
