high e.c soil readings

i have really high e.c soil run off readings 3.6 even when flushing or feeding using a.n and biobizz soil any help apreciated ..... p.h all good between 5.9 and 6.4 x 2 plants look fine into flower one is not looking healthy ..
 
i am only putting 0.8 e.c of nutes in and 2 weeks into flower , isnt this a sign of salt build up or too much nutes in the soil ?
 
bio bizz all mix soil , and advanced nutes 3 stage and big bud b 52 voodo juice all half the strength recomended , a little bit of foliar feeding with seaweed but not no more now into flower.

Take some of your soil from the bag and do the same,of course it will read high its full of nutrients.I wouldnt add anything unless the plants need/ask for it.
 
Have you run plain water and measured the ec?
I'd expect good soil to have a similar ec to a hydro nutrients at the recommended dose.

Soil has all sorts of minerals that conduct electricity that's the basis meters work on.
Ec = electric conductivity
Cf = conductivity factor
 
yes e.c still reads 3.6 using tap water , also found some wet patches on certain leaves which i have never experienced before any ideas ?

I'd take Mykes advice post #2 if the plants are healthy.

Wet patches, Do you mean where leafs are touching or overlapping?
