what effect on memory I can't remember?

Interesting article tho. sucks to forget where the remote is or that you have a test tomorrow.

Ya bro, I wouldn't mind maintaining a better short term memory considering I smoke am to pm every day of the week. It literally is a way of life for me and medicates me to where it helps me so much with my fibermyalgia, anxiety, & insmonia issues. But I will say when I need to be on my A game and think quickly, whether it's a test, something for work, maybe a date that I really wanna close on :) , whatever the reason, not smoking does allow me to perform at a much higher level mentally (obviously) but then I am forced to take anti-anxiety & pain meds, which I do not prefer over cannabis, and can actually slow you down in their own way.

My only question is, aren't they basically just saying INDICAS don't effect memory as much? Because Skunk strains and similar medical varieties obviously have higher levels of this, whereas the cannabis sativas contain higher levels of THC and lower levels of other cannabinoids, hence the energetic, confusing, head highs they can bring. I mean it sounds like the research has found something countering as well, but I think in the end, if you want to remember where your shit is you should be smoking 100% indicas as you are gonna get more of a narcotic body high and as long as you aren't in a tired or lazy mood you'll be fine going about your things. It's those rips of sativa when i'm trying to walk out the door that cause me to pick up my keys, go grab a soda, forget my keys in the kitchen, grab my keys, goto the bedroom and grab my sunglass, forget my keys in there, lol ... end up walking all over the house 3x before I can leave haha

I remember reading somewhere that they are now extracting and using CBD to TREAT psychosis and similar symptoms! What a plant hey?
