hi dudes, i have an problem help me ! my seeds growing very slow!

im watched few videos on youtube and i thinking my babies growing pretty slow
like thats

i used 1.500$ for all and i like share pictures of my grow room for solve my problem

i'm buyed seeds from dinafem, and grow room have an fresh air input and output with carbon filter,
i using 2 fans thats open for 24 hours. seedlings started at 26.04.2015 and i have 2 sensi skunk and 4 og kush

grow area is 120x120,
ballast is 600w,
my soil is biobizz light mix(peat moss, perlite etc) + extra perlite %10 + extra vermiculite %10 + bat guano mix
i just using canna start with water, ph 6.3 - ppm 450,
and i just started today for test my own homemade co2, i do not use before

week 1: seedling (in mini greenhouse)
Light Quantity: 250w hp (power plant)
Light Distance: 20cm
Light Duration: 24/0
Humidity level : %70 - %80
Temperature Day / Night: (26ºC / 20ºC)

week 2: seedling (in 5 gal smartpot)
Light Quantity: 400w hp (power plant)
Light Distance: 50cm
Light Duration: 24/0
Humidity level : %65 - %70
Temperature Day / Night: (28ºC / 26ºC)

where is problem , help me and i do not know what means "dude" but i think is that friend ? so sorry for my english. thanks alot.

They are not gonna take off until you feed 'em.
Mine started same date and they look like yours.

i waiting vegetative period for feeding

3 week seedling (24/0), 2 week vegetative(18/6), 7+ flowering(12/12) its right ?
its my first growing but i'm doing research for about 1 year

Is there anything you can suggest ? thanks again

I only thing I can see might be putting the little ones in big pots. I have found starting in rapid rooters for a week then 2 weeks in 6 inch pots and 2 weeks later 5 gallon. transplanting works wonders if done properly! I don't know much a canna and biobizz.

now i can transport to a smaller pot or its too late ? what is your recommend

Eh they are probably just spending a lot of time developing roots right now because they have such a big container to do so in. Once they start growing they should seriously take off and start adding size very quickly.

I wouldn't worry about it, in the future start your plants off in like 16oz red party cups and then move them to bigger pots, but definitely don't try to move them from a big pot to a small pot thats just asking for stress.

I would say the pots are too big but that should not make much of a difference. With pots that big i would say your underwatering most likely. Does your soil contain fertilizer? Key to growing is patients. Wait thats at the doctor. I meant patience. Practice that or give it up. Lots to learn, and time to burn

i using biobizz light mix soil (without fertilizer) , but i mix a little bit bat guano

its amazing, i use homemade co2 and lights turn 600w
look at the difference beetween two days

Probably just dirt bro. Don't be spraying just yet. Wipe it off and if anything spray with plain ph adjusted water or a cloth and check again in a day and see of their back. Your seedlings are fine. Don't feed them yet their too small and you'll burn them. Plain ph adjusted water with a little calmag for first 3 weeks then a 1/4 strength feeding. Patience and don't over water. Wait until pot is nice and dry. Lift it and it will be considerably lighter then it's time to water again.
