Hay DJ welcome to RIU from another newbie UK member.
I rarely use the UK thread as I cant keep up with it, its way too quick moving for me lol.
There are lots of serious growers on here that will help with any of your questions. Just remember to use the search feature and try and find the answer first before asking.

Ah I C. I know that tin foil isnt great for this but I dont know about space blankets lol.
From what I have heard the best stuff to use is a material called Mylar. It's quite cheap and is easy to use. You can get it your local hydro shop if you have one close to you or you could try www.growell.co.uk who will post it to you

Haha yeah, well I suppose it's always nice to speak with ppl of similar prospectives, especially as a newb! It just seems like most websites are American dominated... I am American BUT I live in the UK now and I like identifying with ppl here and what not

Yeh it defo helps to speak to someone from the UK as we kinda have the same issues with the fuzz and enviromental issues when it comes to growing da erb.
