That bud has turned into a hermie on you! Male and female flowers. If you've got other gals in the room I'd remove the hermie. If not, let the seeds develop and try growing them out. I've had good luck this way, though only one plant has done this. Check your environment as well. She obviously started out a female so something you did stressed her to do this.

never had one look like that when it hermied, but it could be. That's pretty wild lookin.

it may not be as potent as a pure female but it can still be good smoke. It will just have seeds.
