hey how are these plants looking i really truly cant tell

do whatever you need to do to get them closer to the lights or your plants will stretch and fall over, then your gonna prop them up or re bury them and they are going to do it again, in the end you will have just the opposite of a bushy plant, you will have a 6 ft yall plant with 6 nodes on it

it looks like you have about a dozen plants. figure out how many your going to keep (keep into consideration you will probally have a 1:1 ratio of males so if you plan on growing 3 plants to adulthood keep 6 of them, jusnk the rest.

get them CFL as close to your seedlings as you can and that will help them bush out. 4x 40watt CFL should be fine for now but depending on how many plants you plan on keeping you will probally need more lights.

get them into 1 gal pots asap, if you have to cut the top off a milk jug and poke some holes in bottom for drainage, just might haave to cut the milk jug off of the plant when its time to repot, oh and if you use milkjugs wrap em with tinfoil so the roots dont get any light.

With cfl tin foil is not an issue, but with incandescents? I don't think so. No offense taken my friend. If you don't agree, we can agree to disagree.

he isnt using incandescents , he said he has 4 40watt CFL

even if he did have incandecents or a 1000w HID light tinfoil is still fine, definatly not the best or most ideal to use but wont hurt his plants.

I know he is not using regular lights. I was offering help based on his idea of trying incandescents. Again we disagree on the tin foil, no problem. But IMHO tin foil with anything but cfl/fluoro is gonna cause hot spots and heat burn. And even if it does'nt, mylar blankets are very cheap and much more reflective.
 
hey i just did a little big of what u guys where saying i ended up putting one plant in its own place with its own lights and all that jazz and it looks like the bitch is on stereoids lol i mean in like 1 day it had tiny leves barely poking out now its leafs are gigantic lol thank you guys for the info greatly appreciated
 
be patient? He just saved his plants from certain doom. that was a stressfull read.

also you should check out the thread "Bury those stretch stems" its a sticky here in newbie central, I just had some wicked stretched seedlings and its happends fast, 1 inch a day until they flop basically. You might be able to just mound some of the soil around the stem and not actually have to transplant because that would be messy and it sounds like you already did just replant already...

Dude did you do like no reading or something? Right off the bat you're violating some of the most simple and basic rules. Don't share pots, the roots will get tangled and will in all likelihood die when you transplant. Use strong CFLs atleast to get those started, or a t5 hood with some t5 bulbs. You need to set up a reflective room to maximize the lumens your plant receives. The area is very messy which invites pest problems. Are these seeds you got from some weed you bought or what? Get a better light, get some kind of air flow, and make sure its 1 plant per cup.
 
We all have to start some where. Post up some new pixs of your flowers and grow. Check out my grow, it has pixs of the first 5 weeks of there life.
 
well i ended up only keeping 8 altogether they are growing a lot better and finally got their 4 leaves well mostly lol and im very thankful for all the people who helped me out on this grow :)

its going pretty slow, how old is the plant now?
You might want to bury some of that stem soon before I topples over, it looks really thin. go to 1/4 inch below the coytledons

get the light even closer if you can
 
thats the tallest one all the others look like tht exept for the middle leaves and they are waaay smaller though
 
ok not too bad for a week I thought they were older than that. Looks like it should survive, just keep that light close as you can so it doesnt stretch any more
