hey guys its me again, plant looks much better but i still got some questions

ok i just watered it a little bit, ill post pics later tonight in hopes of it looking better.
The most recent pics i posted seem to show nute burn on the tips and edges of the newest leaves. Am i still getting nute burn? Or is this due to lack of water?
Also you can tell the leaves on the bottom arent doing so great. Pretty brown and dead looking. Should i take em off?
