Hey all! Indoor fluoro set up help

hey all, I am brand new to the forum and had a few questions about my set up! This isnt my first grow, but i figured it would probably be the best place to start...here we go...

I have a indoor set up going, my grow area is about 2 feet by 4 feet, i am using 4 of the T12 fluorescent tubes with 2 shop light fixtures mounthed to some ply wood (so it looks like a 4 bulb unit), then suspended. The bulbs I am using are 6500K Daylight bulbs and I am running a 18/6 light cycle. I plan on switching to 3000K Kitchen and bath bulbs when it comes time for my flowering stage. My grow area ranges in temperature from about 70 degrees to 80 degrees, and every thing is coverd in mylar.

Also, I am just using several different strains of bagseed that I have aquired.

I was wondering what to expect from this kind of set up and if anyone could give me any pointers or help or anything? Thanks alll! I look forward to positive feed back, I have been checkin out the forums foreveR!

get alot of watts in that grow area.
I have a 2x4x7 grow tent & I use 6 300watt equivalent compact floros. I'm going to put in 2more next week. You need as many lumens as you can. & you most know by now that floros dnt give off too much heat so of course bring the lights as close as possibe to the plants.
How many watts are you using?
I've heard time & time again that floros don't produce dense buds either so don't expect too large of a yield. But they will bud.

Yea I have my fixture about 2 inches off of my tallest one. And gosh im not sure.. I have 4 of the 4 foot 40 watt T12 shop light type bulbs so i guess its about 160? I read all over before I did it and of course i know the biggerst and best thing is hps and mh but i dont really have the money, space or anything to go along with doing the nice fancy set up..and i have also seen people swearing up and down that simple fluoro shop lights work absolutely great... all together i have about 10 plants under this fixture, only because i know a majority will be male...

i know i deff need more light but i figure it will probably be better then my last grow which i grew out to about 5 feet with a reptile bathing light and a plant light...
